Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of byaheGo, including our website, mobile experience, and related services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to create an account. To book or host a vehicle, you must hold a valid driver's license and meet any additional verification requirements we apply for safety and compliance.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

The information you provide — including your name, contact details, government ID, and payment details — must be accurate and kept up to date.

As a host, you're responsible for the accuracy of your listing, the condition and legal status of your vehicle, and for keeping your vehicle's registration and insurance current.

You must review and respond to booking requests in a timely manner, and hand over a clean, roadworthy vehicle for every trip.

byaheGo does not install or monitor GPS tracking on host vehicles. If you want visibility into your vehicle's location during a trip, installing and maintaining your own GPS tracking device is your responsibility as the host.

Renters pay a service fee of 5% on top of the booking subtotal. Hosts receive the booking subtotal less a 7% host commission — hosts keep 93% of every completed booking.

Payouts are released to a host's linked bank account after a trip is completed. All prices on the Platform are shown in Philippine pesos (₱) unless stated otherwise.

Guests and hosts may cancel a booking in accordance with the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking. Hosts who repeatedly cancel confirmed bookings without a valid reason may see their listing's search ranking affected.

Trips booked through byaheGo include renter verification and trip protection coverage as described at the time of booking. Coverage terms, limits, and exclusions may vary and are shown on the Platform.

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including providing false information, circumventing our booking or payment systems, using a listed vehicle for illegal purposes, or harassing other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, byaheGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or a booked vehicle, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
