• Location data — such as a search location or a vehicle's pickup area, so we can show relevant listings.
• Device and usage data — such as your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Platform.

We use your information to operate the Platform — creating and securing your account, verifying identity, processing bookings and payouts, showing relevant search results, providing customer support, and communicating with you about your bookings and account.

We share information only where it's needed to run the Platform:

• Between guests and hosts, as needed to complete a booking (for example, a host sees a guest's name and pickup details).
• With service providers who help us operate — such as payment processing, identity verification, and cloud hosting.
• With Google, Facebook, or Apple, if you choose to sign in using one of those providers.
• When required by law, or to protect the safety of our users.

We do not sell your personal information.

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

As a platform operating in the Philippines, we process personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules.
